-Reduced Strength scaling by 50%
-Reduced Strength scaling by 50%
-Cursed fire defense reduction per level: 2% -> 1.5%

-Seal duration decreased by 50% while in Bounty Hunter PK.-Reduced Strength scaling by 50%
-Cursed fire defense reduction per level: 2% -> 1.5%
